Background
There was a need for a new three-story medical office building in Pascagoula, MS. Tindall worked with the architect to provide a building with an architectural look while also maintaining functioning structural panels. The first floor features a health and wellness center with indoor pool, cardio training space and strength/conditioning area and also has cardio rehab and physical training areas. The Pain Center and Neurosurgey Center is located on the second floor and the Diagnostic lab with Women’s Center and MRI is located on the third floor. Tindall provided insulated precast wall panels with an architectural finish which saved time, cost, and provided long-term maintenance curb appeal. In total, Tindall provided 150 insulated wall panels with 10-inch insulated architectural wall panels on the exterior, designed to withstand 150 mph winds.
